About Alto Design Inc.

Christel Araujo is a fashion designer with 15 years experience in the fashion industry.  Her extensive background in trends, design aesthetic and garment construction inform her perceptive approach.  She is fueled by her passion for design and the acquirement of new industry techniques to help her provide and execute design solutions for her clients.

Her drive and determination to turn inspiration into functional design has let her to work with clients such as: Timberland, Kohl's, Fila, Spyder, Walmart, JCP, Macy's and others.  Under her management, sales for Reba, Chelsea & Violet lines increased by 20% and the collections were offered in all of Dillard's doors. Christel also designed for eight, high gross margin, active accessories brands.  Catapulting cohesive collections while adhering to brand DNA and meeting fiscal sales goals.

Aside from fashion, she has an interest in stationery art, and as a projection of that interest she has developed an online store called FloralArtFancy in Etsy, showcasing an array of downloadable themed original art content for social media use, scrapbooking, digital note-taking and personal stationery projects.
